NATS for small websites
 

Hello,

we run a small adult website which converts pretty well. It's only promoted by links in forums, some FHG's and tubes.

After some years we finally want to go a step further and use an affiliate management software to attract webmasters and grow. From what I have learnt NATS is here the business standard.
Any other options to NATS? Is it worth to use NATS for single website without network?
Are here some webmaster who would be interested to provide traffic for european amateur BG classic for 50% revshare?
Any other advice?

NATS is also good if you have multiple billing setup.

Definitely move away from Zombaio though. No sane affiliate will promote a Zombaio affiliate program, they don't pay.
One day you might stop receiving the membership payments from them too. Many people got burnt by them in the past.

Everyone who already replied is right. Don't use NATS. Switch your billing to ccbill.com or verotel.com
Both come with built-in affiliate management systems and reliably pay. They are also accepted by all the tubes for registration with their Content Partner Programs.

CCbill is the more well-known system and you can easily sell your cross-sales, but their scrub is hard, and their blacklist quite long. You'll get better conversions out of verotel, but if you add up everything, they are both about equal in terms of pros and cons.

There are almost no alternatives to NATS for what it does, but you are a small site and you don't need the power of NATS. Although improvements to the new NATS makes it better, unless you are a good web developer and sysadmin, NATS is difficult to run and maintain.

Most of your prime traffic sources will be the tubes. Focus on getting on the Content Partner Programs.

I am interested in doing a member area trade, but not in its current state, which leads to my next reply:

The pitch about the naturalness of the girls is a HUGE selling point, but is not reflected in the way you design the site and the brand.

Remove the few videos you have of girls with tattoos, and rebrand your site. Something like "untouched babes" or "no ink girls" or "pure fuck girls".

Then make that your key selling point. Your girls are all natural, and have no tattoos. Put that in all your keywords, tags, and titles when uploading to tubes and setting up your FHGs.

As soon as possible, start shooting new content with better equipment.

CCBill is a good affiliate option as others have said. NATS is also great and can do a lot more than just the affiliate stuff which a lot of peeps think thats all it does.

Thanks for all the valuable feedback. I am aware of zombaio issue, so very first step would be to find a new biller with affiliate program.
We used Epoch a couple of years back, but as we are located in EU and money needs to go to an EUR account, payments were late and once a bigger sum even stucked between banks for several month and we had to track it down and contacting banks to get it released.

So I would rather tend to verotel, they offer with cardbilling an interesting solution and are within EU. Is this fine for webmasters or do you require ccbill?

Thanks for advice, in deed our focus is on natural girls, but it's very difficult these day to find girls for bg without silicone or ink. In fact about 30% of our models have ink, but mostly only small tats.

Never thought about selling and rather like to own a website with a steady cashflow, but everything has a price so feel free to make offer via email.

I agree with the above that a rebrand and a new responsive design could boost your site big time.

The content look awesome, but the domain sounds too generic in my opinion. When I first saw it I thought it might be a random free site, and the old generic design doesn't help.

You need something shorter and catchy. I'd rather put "amateurs" in it than babes. Something like AmateurCastings or NaturalCastings.

Verotel would work too, but I think you'd get more affiliates with CCBILL.

CCBill can cascade to Segpay. Segpay reports back to ccbill and pays out for the segpay sales. Segpay then pays you.
