Try a NATS support message or email paymaster@ the same domain.

I haven't talked to them but I got a payment earlier this year.

We recently received a payment from them a couple of weeks back in March 2021

Good for you. I sent 10 emails and tried to contact to them in DDGCash affiliate system. I didn't get any answer and money.
My 2 webmaster friends told me same situation: no answer and no pay.
Two options may: they don't want to pay or died company.
