They would not even consider licensing. You get NO right away

OK, name and list ONE or TWO originals produced by a tube :thumbsup ( skip MindGeek, they own many production entities and tubes).

Well Xhamster also did some and looks like Xvideos is going to start...
But they all are giant players.

a lot of tube companies own exclusive pay sites (or vice versa - however you want to look at it). porndoe.com is a pretty solid example.

To OP: It's simply not their business model. A production-centric company makes their money by licensing in various ways. A marketing-centric company (like the big tubes) makes their money via advertising - the content is just to get the users there.
