What was important to me,I've done it in high quality. Every single page I've checked is in the same position or even up. For example, one of my top converting keywords was stuck on third place in google SERPs for a long long time. Other guys were better because of their link profiles. I was aware their content and onsite SEO is worse but LINKS will always prevail.
Now I am up to 1st position what is saying that latest update favorized content quality and I am confident onsite SEO was better than any of the competitors. I didn't obtain a single link for that page ( and few more similar ones) but I've gained in rankings.
There are over 800 keywords I am tracking and there is no way I am checking them all and comparing especially because they are not of the same priority. What was important to me and done properly is where it should be. It would go up with more links of course.
Actually, one of my test sites for cams entered SERPS in a good position for almost all keywords I 've optimized. After god knows how much time. No link building there so I think that update that just happened gave more priority to quality.
At the same time, a rough assessment ( I didn't bother because my revenue is up. Amount of quality doesn't mean improvement in sales) is that weak pages (thin content) are down.
