Any fast way to reach M3server support?.

I need to transfer my site ASAP to another company. A lot of people in here suggesting M3server so I signed up in the site and created some tickets but no answer after hours.
Any skype or email or way to reach support faster, My old hosting may suspend my site any moment.

Do M3 actually offer a migration service? I didn't see it listed even on the more expensive offerings when I briefly glanced at their site?
