Regarding your 2257, you have the standard legaleze that states in so many words, that "You didn't make the content, someone else did, and so responsibility lies with them and not you" and thats all fine and dandy, but what about your 'Steeles Private Reserve' videos that I belive are you performing, and you produced yourself?

CaptainHowdy 06-24-2020 03:19 AM

Congrats on your exit . . .

First you should decide if you want to create a paid site or free site. Generally it's not good to mix the two.

If you want both, create two separate sites and cross link them. But it's really hard to make one site successful, two at the same time is near impossible.
So you really should decide if you want a free site or paysite first, and focus only on that.

Paid sites:
For paysites, the cheapest option to test if your idea is working is starting on a platform that handles it all for you. Centroprofits.com or OnlyFans.com come to mind.
If you want a paysite that you run on your own, go with the ElevatedX as the core. But that will be more expensive and you will spend a lot of your time on other stuff than creating your content and marketing. I don't think that's a good idea for you at the moment. The first thing should be to know if there's a demand for the content you produce.

Design:
If you can invest more money for a unique design (free or paid), have your site designed by an experienced team such as https://www.zuzanadesigns.com/

Do you license the content or just steal it ?

I'm not affiliated with Zuzana Designs or offered anything on their behalf, I guess what I wrote could be misunderstood.

I was just saying that you might want to consider paying for a professional design, no matter if it's for a free site or a paid site.

Good luck!

I meant that stuff you have already produced yourself, and is present upon the site, is not 'correctly' covered in your 2257 notice.

Now, I agree that 2257 isn't completely relevant for a non american etc, but my point is that if you are going to have a 2257, at least make it correct.

2257 doesn't apply to me either as a UK citizen, but on my stuff I produced myself, I still put a 'relevant and correct' 2257 page, if only to just be 'seen' as doing it correctly...

Will a 2257 improve traffic? No. Do you need a 2257 at all? Not really... So I just feel if your going to have one, at least make it one that's done correctly... Peace :)

Bruh, I have a feeling you have ADHD. Not a diss, I have it too. But, you gotta get it together man.

this must be mentioned on your 2267 page , so everyone knows your content is both paid for, purchased with relevant documents and you film your own content and all footage has relevant signed docs

SRProductions 06-25-2020 12:40 AM

Thanks Natalie & co...

On that to fix now...

Hope all is well.
