Paxum doesn't give money

Hi all!
For about a week Paxum doesn't give money back from a personal account. The status is Limited because of the address confirmation request. My ID with registration and utility bill they didn't confirm. The account has more than 3 years old and has never had any problems. Support doesn't help to solve the situation. They only said to send documents using the form so I did everything they said: gave my utility bills and ID.
Can you help me, please? Maybe someone had similar problems and resolved them? I would like to get money back.
Thank you!

There's someone working at Paxum that is also a user here on GFY, she might be able to help out. She often responds to other Paxum related topics, so try searching for some older Paxum topics at GFY.

From time to time our verification/compliance department does request additional documentation for KYC purposes. I'd be happy to check into this for you. Please feel free to pop me an email or post a ticket ID. Thanks :)

Hello, Ruth, please take a look at 947158 as well, it's like 10 days passed, and things are still the same :(

Ruth to the rescue! Support ticket is somewhat slow.

My ticket ID 951307.
I don’t like the way the support service works and the fact that my funds can be blocked at any time. Paxum has not given me my money for more than week. I want to close my account and get my money. I sent all the necessary documents. The account is more than 3 years old and all this time I followed all the rules. I sent a scan of two passports, a driver’s license, a military ID, a utility bill. If this is not enough for KYC, then I have no desire to cooperate with you. Just give back my money that you blocked, they are not yours and I will gladly stop working with you.

you should just be able to get your money. if the company has fraud protection there is no bs. why are u a holes still using them??

It appears our support staff is responding back and forth with you regarding this, so I'll leave it in their capable hands. It appears we are currently waiting to receive a requested document.
