Lawyer for DMCA counter notice

I'm looking for a lawyer who can make an anti-DMCA request. Recently, many poor organizations send dozens of complaints to Google. Most of them are made incorrectly, but Google accepts everything without understanding. I need a lawyer who can make a competent counter notice to Google.
