What are merchants looking for in a processor?

Hi guys, I'm basically new here and I'm slowly trying to ease into posting and interacting more with everyone.

I wanted to ask, what would you say are the core aspects that make up a good and efficient processor? What are merchants looking for in a solution nowadays to make business easier and/or more profitable going forward?

I don't have years and years of experience in the adult payments space, but from what I can tell, things have changed a lot from what it used to be 10-15 years ago. And what was once considered great back then isn't necessarily the same today. What do you think?

hi Mitch :) we're brokers in the payments space-we help connect merchants with solutions that make sense for them i.e. processors and gateways in the US and EU. We also have our own in-house chargeback prevention solution.

In your experience, do you feel the payments space has changed a lot from what it used to be 10-15 years ago?

Hi - it’s always evolving. Reach out to our VP of Sales Wendy Nelson and discuss what you offer and let’s see if there is some synergy for you to refer business to us. We have a great partner plan.

Thanks, Mitch
