Just make sure its a LEGIT site you use when you check if you are included, or else you are directly handing them your working email/login

Even among breaches, this is a huge one. If you aren't using a password manager and using unique passwords (and usernames too when possible!) for any site that requires it, now's the time to do so.

Yes, but there are other fishy sites that just want your email

That's where I heard about it. You can have them email you when your info is discovered in a breach.
