Paxum issues - Local Bank Transfer

Hey guys,

Does anyone have problems with their EFT transfers?
I always used this service in my account without any problems, but since last month, I'm receiving the following error message when I try to do it:

Quote:

Something Went Wrong.
Your account is not allowed to send payments to third parties
I already contacted the paxum support on December 30, but I didn't get this problem solved yet...

Is there any direct contact to solve this problem with urgency?
Besides [email protected] / Skype: PaxumRuth
Because I never received a response from the contacts above.

Thank you, and I wish an Happy New Year to everyone!

I had the same issue a few days ago.

I managed to solve it by removing the bank account and then adding it again

When withdrawing, click Show Beneficiary Form.

Beneficiary Name should match your Paxum account's owner.

Maybe it was the problem. In the old bank account I had the first and last name and in the new one my full name. I never had problems before, but anyway... Thanks! :thumbsup

I had exactly the same issue and Paxum support told me it was likely a browser issue and I should clear my cache. However, I was trying for an international wire and the support mentioned that I could do the local bank transfer for a lower fee, and first time I tried it, it worked.

I'm having this exact problem today.

How do you do this though, once you remove it and try to add another bank account don't you have to go thru the hell of getting it approved / authorised again?

This is annoying i've done a hundred of these transfers and i am getting that third party transfer error.

At first I thought that topic is about paxum turned off transfers to 3rd parties. And for me this looks this way now. Though before I sent wires to several 3rd parties through paxum.

Got same problem, asked support, got same answer as you : remove / re-add bank account.
And it worked :)

Take @BigFurry's advice as this worked for me - esp if you have a biz account.

When withdrawing, click Show Beneficiary Form.

Beneficiary Name should match your Paxum account's owner.

It was pre-filling my bank details with my own name rather than my company name which was causing the error. Changing the beneficiary name to my company name then worked just fine although I found the wire took a couple of days longer to hit my bank account than usual.

I had a similar problem recently, and the advice from support was to delete and re-add the bank account - editing beneficiary details is NOT possible right now for some reason.

They've obviously made some change which has broken things which have, until now, worked fine. Not the first time that's happened.
