I don't know actually who to contact from your Paxum team.
But chats and tickets don't resolve my issue.

I requested 2 withdrawals to a local bank two weeks ago ($1000 USD in total).
Money doesn't arrive still (usually arrival took 15 minutes).
Support members only tell me "wait, we review, we investigate".
How long to wait WTF?
You can at least return funds back to my account so I can use another withdrawal method.

TWO WEEKS.

I'm sorry you have issues with Paxum. I had them too until they sent me some document (agreement) to sign a few months ago, and after signing it, my wires arrive in 24 hours. I guess they're using a new bank partner for wire transfers since the previous one sucked. Good luck!

I have the same issue but it's over a month and a half of running around, talking to support, getting nowhere, telling me to open up another bank account in a different bank, etc.

On top of that, every single attempt of a wire transfer gets billed, yet my assets get returned minus the fee. Every attempt lasts for around 10 or so days. So basically getting billed 100 euros for nothing not to mention having my money stuck on Paxum.

I thought I should try WIRE.
But you're saying money stuck this way as well?!

So it's a receiving bank issue? Or payment processor issue? Or can someone explain?!
