How to value a website?

Hey,

I run a few adult sites and I'm thinking of getting rid of one of them but I have no idea how to price it.

I probably don't monetize it effectively but the general stats are:

30k - 40k traffic per day
$50 per day revenue on average

Would I multiply the revenue or something else?

Any help would be very much appreciated :-D

What kind of sites are these? Blogs? Tubes? Reviews? Any niches? Tell us more about them.

The one I'm looking to get rid of is a blog, plenty of unique content and good interaction (comments etc)
