Have sold bruce a few domains and can recommend him no worries .

yes selling to him would be ok but buying from him is the issue.

I am an old fashioned guy and i look at returns and i found that sadly lacking but the prices were astronomical.

I would like to hear from a buyer happy with the price and the return on investment

Valuations are based on many factors.

I'm sorry you didn't agree with mine.

I find some people have rather unrealistic ideas of what something is worth. I'm not saying that's you, because I don't know which situation you're referring to. But many people will offer 1 to 1.5x profits regardless of anything else. I generally don't take distressed properties on, so my sites almost never have those kinds of multiples.

All I can say is this, valuations are based on the information I get from the seller and many factors go into them. People don't always agree with my numbers and that's ok. That's business. I stand by them however and I do this for a living. I believe them to be very fair.

My goal is to get as much as possible for my client's property, within reason. I never intentionally overprice a property. Makes no sense to do so when your compensation is totally based on commission. I have many people come to me and want me to charge more than their property is worth. I turn that business down. It's senseless to work with someone like that. I market properties that I believe can sell at a fair price.

Again, sorry we weren't able to do business. Hopefully some time in the future.

The most hilarious guys are from Broker.XXX. They pretended that one site for sale was generating a steady income when it was generating a steady loss month after month. After several emails back and forth I gave up. The sites is still there for sale.

dealt with Bruce with me being a buyer. he definitely earns his commission and hussles for the seller. but then the rest is up to you as a buyer, do your due diligence, know what you're buying and how you can better monetize it. also be creative in your negotiation. i split the list of sites and left out the ones i wasn't interested in
but bruce was nice to deal with, transaction went smoothly.
