I need an old school solution to creating a gallery for pics and videos
 

Normally wordpress can take care of all our needs.

Except this time I've got a special situation where I need to create several old school
pic and video galleries.

I vaguely recall an old gallery webpage making program but I can't seem to remember what it
was called.

I used to use Arles webpage creator, was an amazing tool

Although its really just images only, it creates fully editable html pages - Meaning you can just change the link from the thumbnail to lead to a .mp4 file instead of the larger .jpg
