Blind mystic Baba Vanga’s troubling predictions for 2022
 

Ok so well over 40 or 50 years ago this lady talks about 2022 in having virus etc. but also that virtual reality will be available and more people will prefer that than real life. Read through the whole article and then I've attached NY Times article - google if you want to see this is mainstream media and not just blogs etc.

Just a note - for 2021 cure for cancer - they have in fact found a way to wake up the immune system called Immunotherapy to target and kill cancer cells.

As we enter 2022 I can see already some of the things she's saying as potential while the other a bit batshit crazy but we'll see.

Any predictions you think are going to happen since we've had some recent deaths that have already made this a bad start - so need some positive thoughts moving forward.



The prophecies of a dead blind woman from Bulgaria have many believing she could predict the future – and her visions for 2022 are no different.

She died in 1996 at the age of 85, but made big claims while she was alive.

Not all of them were true but many were including the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Brexit and the rise of Islamic State.

For 2021, she reportedly saw a cure for cancer, an assassination attempt on Russian President Vladimir Putin and a “dragon seizing humanity,” which some believe is a reference to the rising power of China.

In what might be her most eerie prediction, Baba envisioned that in 2022, more than any other time, people would spend more time in front of screens. Due to our increasing addiction to technology, people will begin to confuse fantasy and reality. Hmm, the metaverse seems a lot less appealing.

I can predict the same for the next year and for any year a century ahead. The only think I wouldn't say is "alien contact". That's a too thick trolling.

If you saw that this story is on several "credible" or normal new sources - the fact that the story IS there scares the shit out of me honestly. If she said it - then she's got a pretty good handle on human social studies knowing that our actions ARE predictable.

Today's world we're facing times where nothing you read, hear or even see with your own eyes can be trusted. They have deep fake videos the can be created with anyone speaking support of any side. All the regular basis for judgement of truth are gone. So what happens? Media reaches out to this - hell you remember the last election how pretty much every damn astrologer was quoted as saying?

Maybe the song writers were all wrong in saying what the world needs now is love - maybe just maybe it's not love - it's truth.

She never predicted those, as far as I am aware, except for the virus. Theres that lady that claims that Vanga comes to her in her dreams and tells her that stuff. But it got republished in Bulgarian media as if Vanga herself said so, and probably thats how it made its way to the NY Times. Other than that, this woman has really predicted most of the strange and unexpected things that have happened around the world. It was extremely hard to understand what she was saying and what she meant.

When reputable newsportals start getting a tiny bit close to the The Onion one should stop reading them altogether . . .

I live in Russia. Bulgaria is not far away from here... I knew about her for all my life. I know about those "success story" predictions, as well as I know about epic fuckups. The percent of true and false was about 50/50, just like you toss a coin. And don't forget that Vanga was not just her name. It was a huge business. Many people were professional consultants and analysts were working with her and telling her what she must say. To make it cleaner - that business was controlled by the Bulgarian government, because her figure worked for the popularity of the entire state in the world.

It's like a story with Nostradamus. You can take any of his "prophecies" and attach them to any facts of any date.

BTW, the story says that he was blinded by a lightning when she was a young girl. Actually there are no such incidents were mentioned in the local newspapers of her area. But there was a crime there which happened when she was young. Some guy has raped a little girl and gouged out the eyes of the victim so that she would not recognize him...

Ah - so sort of like Nostradamus where each traumatic event was somehow found in his writings. For the record - I tried googling her actual predictions and all the sites came back several pages deep that she in fact did predict for 2022

As said - it's amazing how accurate people are when things are in the past - OR when there are various certainties of the not to distant future (excluding UFO). Always seems to be predictable

One thing nobody could ever predict is the NY Post (as bad as the NYT is, there is a difference) being referred to as a "credible" source.

Who could predict a submarine covered in water? Oh wait, she predicted a city covered in water. Close enough.

It's certainly highly unlikely another glorious Russian leader would ever exist with such an obscure name.

She predicted a world after WWIII?

When (if) she really said something about "Vladimir's glory" and there is a documented proof, she 100% meant Vladimir's Russia. The Russia gathered 1000 years ago by prince Vladimir under Christian banner.

So when you hear "Russia", "Vladimir" and "glory" in once sentence, assume that it's about Vladimir the Saint, but not Vladimir Putin and even not Vladimir Lenin...

Wow real modern-day Nostradamus.

Not sure what she really was. I was just a kid back then and I remember that all government officials wanted to meet her. Some she accepted but most she turned away. None of them dared to say anything for being rejected, which was very unusual (Bulgarian government back then was more obviously a mafia than it is now). This was what made an impression on me. I remember that she had predictions for well beyond 2020 but as I said earlier, it was quite hard to really understand what she means to say. She was very cryptic and was also using a dialect form of Bulgarian which is very old and words there have multiple meanings. Most of the stuff written online is someone's interpretation of what she must have meant.
She really had her power. It even went that far that a big chunk of the army drilled a huge spiral hole into the earth in one Bulgarian village because she claimed that there is something there which is from another world (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsarichina , a lot of video content online but mainly in Bulgarian). The excavations did not last long. Shortly some of the soldiers who worked on the project started killing themselves. None of them was willing to answer any questions. Authorities poured a ridiculous amount of concrete and sealed the hole. They have never responded to any requests as to what has happened there. Make what you will out of it, but she has been a very strange woman.
