After the first 2 Jackass movies, the formula started to run thin.... at least for me.

Yeah, I think Bam has problems with alcohol so that's why he's not in the movie. I've heard they tried helping him to get rid of the bad habits, but it was going nowhere. So they decided to do the movie without him. Sad, but what you are going to do... :(
