Click Cease - reviews?
Anyone have experience using Click Cease? Feedback is greatly appreciated.

For Google Ads, I looked into them and they are limited to the same restriction that Google Ads API has. Namely, they cannot blacklist more than 500 IP's at any given time. You could write the same tool to detect IP's that are suspicious and make a Google API request to block those IP's. Wasn't worth it I found (for Google Ads).

Don't let them access your account.:2 cents: If you have new google ads account with GA Credit $500 and cancel click cease they will void your $500 credit :2 cents: Hire someone that work for you instead to set up google ads if you don't want to manage it your self and keep control over your account. |

WireGuy and Brian Mike, searching for this thread, I came to realize that I neglected to thank you for your comments. TY! Here is what I was thinking to do: - geo IP restriction to the site limited to USA/CA/MX - turn off "The Audience Network" or similar feature in Google and FB - geo target audience California only (add additional client filters) as the local service is located and serving California - identify "visitors" which were on the site for 1 minute or less. While my mind is on this particular topic, would you mind expanding on your advice, as to my identifying the click fraud. If I am only targeting California, what additional steps should I be taking? Post fact, I will add automatically add the list of IPs to their blacklist (block list). Anything else I can do pre-visit? Thanks in advance for the feedback! |
