Model Recruiter - $1,000 per Referral

I run a top 5% OF @sdcproductionsxxx
I pay models $2,500 / day or $5,000 / weekend to film content; can go higher for the right talent -- money is not an issue.

I am looking for a recruiter who can get me GDP (GirlsDoPorn) type models on a regular basis. Basically college girls who are in need of quick cash. If you go on my page, you can see that I've worked with 4 girls so far.

You should have probably used a different example than GDP.

When do you pay the recruitment commission

Thats quite important, cause what happen, when a girl do one video and after that she don't want anymore.

I pay the recruitment commission during the day of the shoot, same as when I pay the girl

Onetime payment or revshare, so that I earn on every shooting of the model?

If one time payment, that I would prefer a further zero at the end of the sum.

Tbh that's nonsense. Asking for 10k for reffering a model is just not fair at all.


An other question:

What area? Only in USA? Only in some states or everywhere?

I can get women for you. How would I go about signing up as a recruiter? I do face to face meetings, have a few really good sources.

I've been doing this for myself over a year, piecing together referrals of different companies to make a salary for myself. I would love to find someone to recruit for other than my own videos and sites.

Anywhere in the USA -- but models have to be willing to travel to Seattle, WA. I cover all travel expenses directly. I can't do $10K lol
