Blockchain.com scam?
I haven't used this service for 2 years until today.
A client sent a payment to my old wallet in this service. I see a message when i try to login and send anything: Am i doing something wrong or Blockchain.com -- scam? Did you check if your funds is still there, by looking up your receiving address on a block explorer? If it's not moved out of your blockchain.com wallet(s), you can at least rule out that someone else got access to your account. Also, since it's been 2 years since you've logged in, you might need to verify your account and all that as well (KYC), upload documents etc. I hope customer support will help you out. |
