What a nightmare :Oh crap
This will not be easy, and I'm not a doctor, so please don't consider this to be medical advice:
You need to stop using them cold-turkey for at least 4 days to get relief. There are things you can do to make this easier on yourself.
Vicks VapoRub can be generously applied right below your nose. You will need to replenish it often to maintain open nasal ways.
Breath-Right Nasal strips can help modestly. The mentholated strips are better if you can find them.
I'd ask a doctor for a strong sedative for sleep. Xanax could knock you out after you've done the other things and before you are fully blocked up again.
During the day, you could do short, vigorous exercise. Intense exercise will naturally open your nasal passages - but the relief is brief.
Horseradish also could provide brief relief if you can stand to eat it.
Things to avoid would be things that add to congestion. Viagra and similar will make congestion worse. Anything that could aggravate allergies including smoke from tobacco or marijuana can add to congestion.
You will need to suffer for part of the withdrawal - there's no way around that - but if you prepare for a few bad days, you can find that things start to return to normal fairly soon.
Good luck!
edit- I forgot to add: of course, Sudafed can help a lot, as can other stimulants, but obviously they make it harder to sleep.
