Let CurrentlySober use the dropper for a day; that will make a difference.

Are you putting heroin in it?

What a nightmare :Oh crap

This will not be easy, and I'm not a doctor, so please don't consider this to be medical advice:

You need to stop using them cold-turkey for at least 4 days to get relief. There are things you can do to make this easier on yourself.

Vicks VapoRub can be generously applied right below your nose. You will need to replenish it often to maintain open nasal ways.

Breath-Right Nasal strips can help modestly. The mentholated strips are better if you can find them.

I'd ask a doctor for a strong sedative for sleep. Xanax could knock you out after you've done the other things and before you are fully blocked up again.

During the day, you could do short, vigorous exercise. Intense exercise will naturally open your nasal passages - but the relief is brief.

Horseradish also could provide brief relief if you can stand to eat it.

Things to avoid would be things that add to congestion. Viagra and similar will make congestion worse. Anything that could aggravate allergies including smoke from tobacco or marijuana can add to congestion.

You will need to suffer for part of the withdrawal - there's no way around that - but if you prepare for a few bad days, you can find that things start to return to normal fairly soon.

Good luck!

edit- I forgot to add: of course, Sudafed can help a lot, as can other stimulants, but obviously they make it harder to sleep.

There people actually addicted to that crap. I've dated a girl that couldn't even breathe with those drops (piece of work, gave me an STD).

Been there a long time ago. Not so much an addiction.. rather you need it to breathe from your nose due to over-use of sprays such as Afrin or Vicks Sinex. Go to your GP and tell them what's going on. They can script you some sprays that won't give you that rebound effect. I have a deviated septum and use two sprays daily. One is called Triamcinlone Acetonide, the other is Azelastine HCI. Good luck to you.

You simply switch the addiction. Give yourself an enema 2x a day for the next four days.

Not the end of the world, many have been there. Just go to a ENT and tell them what is happening, you will have to have your nose checked with a camera to see if you caused any permanent damage but if its not so long yet then, touch wood, all you need is a few weeks of cortisol spray.
