Yet check out various job boards would be a good place to start - and sorry - but if you're starting you can't be picky on salary etc. Work hard and let your efforts speak for themselves since others will notice and grab you

No offence taken, I have been working as a snapchat chatter, Snapchat banned all NSFW accounts. And kept banning any new account and now I was out off work but basically I have been working as a chatter now for onlyfans it has been 2 months but the guy I was working with didn't pay me shit and scammed me he was gambling all the money so now im out of work again. I am on and off untill I find a good pay again. If want a reason to employ me I will show you on telegram @bear742 I can awnser any question u have

Decent is at least the minimal American wage 7$ a hour but 5$ isn't bad depending of what I am doing

Thank you thats a very good tip, just there are guys who pay shit or dont even pay at all from my experience also many scammers too what I describe decent is like 5-10$ a hour or % from the sales.

I did trust me still looking for better opportunities, some guys offer very low like 10$-20$ a day, I started working with a guy who paid 500$ monthly I worked all day like 10 hours and he called me in the middle of the night to ask me why im I sleeping I quitted the next day and the other guy was gambling my earnings now im waiting to see if I will get paid or not, thank you. And another guy who texted me told me to send him a voice recording of me being horny or some shit like that on my job application and im a fucking dude

there's some other industry job boards but i dont remember the urls.

i know from decades in the biz it is really hard to find good help. most site owners are weary of hiring people because it almost never works out. hire 20 people and you might get one who is loyal and hard working.

keep looking and bumping your thread. it might not hurt to do some projects on your own for experience and a portfolio. make a shitty affiliate site and bring it to 10k visitors a day. you'll get hired anywhere.

lol, but I did help a few people make a lot of money. I only did affiliate marketing to make money when I needed it with paysites, then I stayed in the industry too long I think. I'm glad I got out, like by a lot. I work right down the street in a lab, just got promoted, make more money than any company here has ever paid me, low stress, free food, I don't work with any idiots, and they always pay me. You can have this industry and I might tell people industry secrets just for fun.

$700,000ish on paysite blogs for my cut since I started isn't bad, though, way better than most noobs on here. :upsidedow

But, one big piece of advice that I can give someone looking for work is don't take a job that pays less than what you need to live off of just because you need the job. You'll run out of money and then still be stuck finishing it..

Don't bother, no one will give a fuck. Just don't work with that person.

You worked for a whole month and didn't get any payment?..
Next time ask for half payment up front, then deliver the finished product after the rest is paid. If you did give the person access to the work that you did, go in and delete it if you can lol.

But yeah, motivation is important. I work full time now, but I like it and for the first time ever I enjoy going to work. I'm a lab technician trainer now and on my way to management. I can even work 2 extra hours per week and make an extra $700/month if I want to.
I had almost 0 motivation or interest with web development, that isn't even my main programming background, robotics/CAD and C#/Python is. I've been in the news 3 times for building robots but I have no idea how to make a living doing it lol. Maybe some day I'll try that again.

sad stuff to read about your being scammed and the snapchat thing, don´t worry, i lost 3 or 4 accounts on twitter & IG, one of my twitters was getting near the 100k followers, all proper, no purchased, all legit porn lovers.. sad news.

You could feel it´s too later to start over, a simple site, maybe try a new platform though, link to models on another site for you to receive higher percentage rates & chat on twitter, it still works as a social platform.
