Question about porn GIFs
 

So there are some sites that publish porn gifs, the largest one I guess is https://www.sex.com/gifs/

But what about copyright? Is it legal from copyright standpoint? Is it just nobody gives a fuck about gifs and are not enforcing anything as long it's not a video tube site?

if they are doing it and it's working for them then must be ok ?
