Those don't look like Chinese sites to me. Use the free Ahrefs Backlink Checker to look at the backlinks - they aren't Chinese.

Either you don't know how to do some very basic research or you don't know the difference between Chinese and English. Where is this "Chinese spam" you talk about?

A Chinese person buying the domain and pointing it to a Chinese site for one year doesn't exactly constitute as "Chinese spam" to me :1orglaugh I don't see any Chinese backlinks and the name was well established before last year. Once again, where's the spam?
