Why shooting 18 South Koreans models is not a good idea
 

Something interesting, that they have traditionally counted you as one on the day you are born. It looks like they have now changed that.

So if you have shot an 18 year old model who is South Korean, she will now be 17.

But what if a model came to the USA and you filmed her wen she turned 18, and now she is suddenly 17.

I don't think it'll be a problem. If anyone wants to be a model here, they will be asked for ID. Her/his ID will have the birthday on it. Age will be determined by that date.
If they aren't 18, they can't do it. Saying "But I'm 18 in Korea" won't do anything.. ...Unless you're filming in Korea, but porn is illegal there anyways..
