Paxum Account Deleted!
Today I did an ATM transaction that went wrong with no money from the ATM.
I suddenly contacted Paxum support to claim the error and they sent me a form to fill and send back to them. Few minutes later I printed the paper, complied it, signed it and scanned to send it back, but when I tried to login to my Paxum account I got the message "Accessed customer does not exist anymore or it has been deleted." Can anyone address me towards the right procedure to get back my Paxum account? Thanks in advance. |
Similar here, I have just got the same message. I wanted to log in and see why they are not responding after EFT transfer was denied because of "technical reasons".
