What is better to buy an old expired domain or buy a new domain for an adult tube site

I want to buy a domain for a tube site for adults in the Arabic language, what is better to buy an old expired domain with a lot of backlinks or buy a new domain

I hope those with experience and expertise can advise me

It makes no difference. Backlinks on expired domains are very unlikely to be counted by Google unless you take very careful steps to ensure that they are. The only thing it might help with is getting your site indexed more quickly.

this...

if buying an old domain, you´ll need to just wait to see the outcome. The old backlinks could have been bad. But you could be buying a goldmine :2 cents:

Either domains may be clean or blacklisted somewhere if they've been used (always check these).

Pick the best domain name available. Other factors won't really matter long-term.

There really are no short cuts in this game. Maybe a few here and there but ultimately hard work and consistency are the main factors for long term success.

Have luck (as they say)!

My advice is do anything other than build a tube site.

Expired if it has decent backlinks

Google records the date of discovery on backlinks. So when the date of domain registration is greater than the backlink discover date, it will not be counted for the purposes of link equity.

TLDR: Go with the name you like best.

If there are good backlinks - still sending either substantial traffic or very targeted traffic if your project is niche - then the previously used domain can be a plus.

Otherwise, what WiredGuy said and he is far more expert than I am.

As said before - unless you know what you're doing with expired domains and picking them - create your own URL that you like. Use someone who knows what the hell they are doing before getting expired or it could fail.
