Quality Controller Position

Join our dynamic Onlyfans management agency as a Quality Controller. We are in search of an organized and motivated individual with robust management skills and a keen understanding of the Onlyfans platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage our chatters team, overseeing their tasks, and ensuring they meet their KPIs.
Go through intensive training to fully grasp our systems and methods.
Work independently to ensure the smooth running of operations, particularly in the early stages of the role.

Requirements:

• Administrative or management skills, ideally with some familiarity with Onlyfans operations.
• Exceptional communication skills in fluent English.
• Understanding of sales and the intricacies of chatting.
• Willingness to work hard, including extra hours, particularly during the onboarding phase.
• Person must be organized and punctual

Work Commitment:

Initially, the role may require longer working hours for comprehensive training and system integration.
Upon successful integration and demonstration of competence, the role will evolve into more maintenance and management-focused responsibilities.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $1500 USD, with the opportunity for a raise based on performance and contribution to the company. Salary up to $3000 after 2-3 months of working with us
