Getting ignored at XloveCash support
Hi,
I have this whitelabel with paying customers and need a urgent update the be processed. I have send already emails and Skype and i can see when the support ticket is opened but i am getting ignored. It's about indexing only 1 FR page with french language for all countries and for some reason the old setting was changed when i did a update before and now Google is indexing the same page on other languages giving duplicate warning and i am risking to lose position in SERPS. Yesterday 50% down in clicks and Google is sending a message about duplicate pages etc so i need this update in the settings ASAP. Thanks. |

Thank you Lisa for approving the update to the whitelabel. It's been late at night at friday to saturday in EU so not expected the kind email response / update. Yes for French and some Canadian traffic XloveCam is the best place to send your traffic. Support quality depends heavily on the person opening and answering your ticket... i am lucky with Lisa because some other tickets got ignored.
