I found it through their app. Go to Transfers, pick Bank & Card Transfers and there you should have an option Crypto Assets, and then choose between USDC and USDT in drop-down menu.

I haven't tried it out yet, but there it is.

Why not trc20?

He has been waiting for a transfer for 5 days. They say the transfer time for crypto payments can take days.
