I have 2 Podcasts. Both of them lack proper marketing and quality of filming. The content itself is from great quality and there comes the monetization.

First one is about the online dating industry

I only listen to podcasts in audio, when I'm out and about. Google Podcasts are my supplier of choice. :thumbsup

Out of curiosity, have you bought anything off an ad on an audio podcast?

No, but my brain doesn't work like that anyway...

There's nothing that could be mentioned on a podcast that would make me think - 'I Must Get That'

Even if they talked about something Id never heard of, Id still do a lot of independent research myself to find the mix of best quality / price
I would never by anything just because it was mentioned on a podcast...

& I actually listen to a LOT of podcasts... Usually a couple of hours worth each day, so that's about 18 to 20 hours worth each week...

Once in a great while, like on a road trip, I'll listen to a podcast, but casually I only listen to podcasts which have video as well.

To be blunt, I've had a lot of people want me to start a podcast, but there's so many already. But as a publicist, I've got a lot of mileage out of podcasts. Just some that come to mind are:

Guested on a few. Best got 200 emails of interest.

Have considered doing one in part to promote one of the sponsors in my sig....Easy to find guests, etc.

But as said, there's a lot already out there.
