I just checked my sites and the forms are still loading. I am using a combination of custom forms and the CCBill Flexforms setup. All are working here.

I had a customer email me last night not able to sign up. I checked and duplicated the error. It's working now but there definitely was an issue last night and this wasn't the first time it's happened.

I have noticed they (CCBill) are sending more joins in batches. There will be no sales listed and then BAM a ton all at once. This happened from time to time but now it seems a lot more.

Sometimes I have to wait until the next day to check to see what sales/rebills came in which I never had to do before. :(

I'm using the flex forms. It looks like you're using the old Jpost so maybe that's why.

Yep...I've reported this error several times over the past 2 weeks.

Lots of problems over there with no solution in sight.

I dont think its an SSL issue.

Also the CCbill form is hosted on another domain, so the www. Vs non-www problem is irrelevant.

Its most likely an issue in CCBill’s side

You are 100% correct.

Did you try logging into your Admin and going to the Form Admin to generate a new form?

If the new link isn't working either (from 'generate HTML') then CCBill is the fucked up one and they should fix this ASAP.

our works very well. hope you didn't lose much $$$

Yeah, it's not the form, it's CCBill.

And I believe it's limited to the Flex forms. And it's been happening on and off for the past few weeks.

The form is working now (on desktop), however, it's got a bunch of errors when you look at the console.

I'm betting the error 500 is from some of their sources not loading correctly which would cause some of their code to fail due to a lack of fallbacks.

I also see CORS errors. That's an easy fix.

I'd have to see the error again on Desktop to be able to get a better idea of what's causing it.

CCBill wanted me to switch to their Flexforms but I have resisted it....thinking that was a smart move now. LOL

But hope they fix it for you. Weeks is way, way too long when it comes to fixing join forms. You know, the most important part of the whole damn process??
C'mon CCBill!

They still pay on time but something is up. Does anyone know if they were bought? Seems to be owned by Eastern Europeans now. You used to be able to get an American on the phone if you had any issues, but not now. The entire operation is being run out of Serbia.

Yeah, things are a mess there. It's insane how they just ignore it.

they moved during rona and it was a shitshow getting sites approved or installed for a couple years. one of them in 2021 took 3 months lol.. now i think their Serbia team is good (better) and fast. the owners are still in Phoenix tho. same address as PhoenixNAP.

i do a couple CCBill installs a month if anyone has tech questions or problems. the installs in December only took about 2-3 days for approval. its really easy tho. they can set up the flexforms for you and send you the join links. we just have to set up postbacks.

currently the easiest 3rd party biller to work with, but that changes every year.
