What to look for in a hosting service?
 

I'm a small MSP and have a potential client in the industry who will be hosting video/interactive content.

The client is just starting out in this so new themselves, so I wanted to get some raw insight from the community into what you all find most important in an MSP/hosting provider? Challenges or "gotchas" that might be worth preparing for along the way?

Sorry if this is not the appropriate forum to post but it seemed like those here would have some perspective. It would definitely be appreciated.
