i don't know any but youtube will ban account i think if you purchase watch hours from third party.

you can hire a VA to get you watch hours even i can do this job.
or if you want you can buy advertising from youtube but that will not help in monition of your channel.

There's no 'legit' way to sell watch hours unfortunately. What do you actually need - YPP membership? What's your end goal, and we can work back from that.
