Need Business/Financial Advice From Experienced Members!
 

Looking for some business/financial advice from experienced members of GFY.

I'm in the process of developing an adult chat social media platform with a domain that I recently acquired via GoDaddy auctions. The domain was a porn tube for 16 years and it's got traffic already and decent backlinks & DA. A lot of the heavy lifting has already been completed and I've got an ok head start. I've currently hit a developmental roadblock (which I anticipated) due to my lack of programming skills; the features I would like to implement into my website cannot be achieved without consulting outside help from skilled individuals. I made another post in the jobs section and other forums about my need for a full-stack web developer ASAP.

A lot have reached out, but I am still at a loss as to how my business should be managed and what my pricing / payroll should look like going forward. Should I find a long-term individual to help me? Or maybe consult with an adult company and let them make my idea a reality? The last thing I want to do is to scare those that have contacted me away because of an unfair initial offer. Keep in mind I am not looking for someone to write some code and leave me to it. This kind of website requires minimal, but constant attention to ensure everything is running smoothly. I need a partner. I need a long-term team. It is not your standard tube site, more like something similar to what you see with dirtyroulette.com.
