What's wrong with Indian VAs/Uploaders?
 

It's every fucking time the same story.

They start highly motivated, are competent, learn fast and after the first month the delays start, then the excuses...

Then they announce "I upload/do everything today" just to don't do anything that day.


The first one I hired wante advance payment (I will never ever do that again), first accepted paypal and after the first time I paid him btc I never heard a life sign of him (but got back one payment via pp).

The 2nd one I paid afer the workload was done, first accepted pp but then asked for paxum, before he disapeared.

Is it just me or is this smth culturally? Issues in self motivation? Do they need a whip? What is it?

Is it always Indian? Have you tried working with other countrymen?

We had 4 until now, one from EU is reliable like a clock work and we still use his service. Anyway I like to have a backup VA just in case. One from serbia didn't deliver quality, but he delivered. Had cancel his service anyway.

The two indians provided quality, but didn't deliver in time. So I issued warnings and they promised to deliver in time next cycle. But again didn't deliver. Late stage both said it's done today, but didn't do it... why would you say it's done today and still don't do it? What gain do you expect? Or do they have a different perception of time in India?

Maybe they don't like the direct way I communicate. I really don't know, do others have same experience?

I'm a Indian and over past three years, I've worked with a lot of guys and still working without receiving any complains.

If you have any social media posting, I have been doing this full time since 2009.

There are way more freelancers from India compared to other countries. That simply means quality more often drops as well.

Make no mistake about it, these people need the whip, in order to properly serve and deliver to Masa!

Can’t take away the training in serving their British Masters. Need to keep these kind of people in line!
