Job Opening: Marketing Manager for OnlyFans Agency

Location: Bucharest (Physical Office Presence Required)
Salary: Starting from $2000 (negotiable) + commission based on total sales
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with proven experience in the industry and a track record of concrete marketing results. If you’re a leader who knows how to drive traffic, lead a team to success, and live and breathe Google Sheets, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee marketing teams in Twitter, Reddit, Media Buying, S4S, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
• Discover new traffic channels and growth strategies for content promotion.
• Work closely with team leaders, guide them in optimizing their strategies, and help them overcome challenges.
• Monitor and support daily operations across departments, offering insights and solutions based on your expertise.
• Manage and analyze data in Google Sheets to track performance and results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, especially within the OnlyFans industry or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and optimize teams.
• Must work onsite at our Bucharest office, Monday to Friday.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets.
