CCbill stop paying since 10.april.2025 - any informations?

Hello

I am EU based and I have few websites with ccbill as billing processor. All works as usual but last payout was done on 10 of april 2025 (at 10 april it appear on my bank account).
From 15 days they not send any money (at this moment this is 6 payouts already what should arrive starting 14 of may and last two today).

Anyone know anything what happend to ccbill? Their support first told me that I have to wait until tuseday, then friday, then next tuesday and today they say "we know nothing, we jsut support, accountants only know that"....

I see not only me experience problem with ccbill payouts - @NiceGoodMan talk about this here a little bit: gfy.com/business-discussion/1383573-changing-processors-ccbill.html

I have the same problem and it strongly reminds me of the case of GLOBILL SYSTEMS, which after years of trouble-free operation suddenly stopped paying money, but calmed all webmasters for several weeks to accumulate funds from new transactions and rebills. After a few weeks, the money was transferred to the Caribbean and the company went bankrupt in 2003. I was a party to the lawsuit at the time and none of the creditors received any money.

As we all know, SEPA payment is very fast and all banks must comply with the condition that the money is credited no later than the next day. This means that if CCBILL wanted to, they could have corrected the situation long ago.

Therefore, I do not believe a word they say and I am convinced that we must now act very quickly and actively, contact the police, probably in Tempe, Arizona which is closest to their company headquarters.

I believe that if we all do this, the police will take it seriously and can help us thwart any possible malicious intent.

Police? Police has nothing to do with this. Needs to go through court

You are wrong. Only the police can prevent the embezzlement from being completed.
Waiting for the court is nonsense - we would win, but by then the money would already be in a tax haven beyond the reach of American and European jurisdiction.

waiting for court? you are the one who has to go to court, not wait. The police will simply tell you to go through small claims / civil claim. And this is not embezzlement.

You are delusional if you think that the police will do something if you go and say hey ccbill didnt pay me

You obviously still don't understand. The court orders a hearing within months of filing the lawsuit. But by then it would be too late. Unlike you, I have experience from the court with the Globill, which took just a days to transfer all the money beyond the reach of justice. So the hearing took place and the creditors' claim was recognized, but it was all for nothing, because bank accounts in tax havens cannot be reached even with a valid judgment.

Therefore, it is necessary to act in this case before it is too late. The police must act according to the law, especially if this matter is reported by more webmasters who have not received money.

I discussed this matter with our lawyer, who certainly has more knowledge than you and everything I write here is based on his recommendations. Thank you in advance for your understanding that I will no longer respond to your comments.

Call the police if you want.

Sign of the times. Instead of winding down ethically, this.

The only one who is behaving unethically is CCBILL, who has been lying in their communication for several weeks and has not sent the money even after many urgencies. According to international conditions, the transfer of SEPA payments takes 24-48 hours, so if the money is not in the account even after several weeks, it is clear that they do not want to send it. They are just gaining time to accumulate money from other rebills and may have a prepared scenario for subsequent bankruptcy. The police can prevent possible malicious intent.

I obviously have more knowledge than that lawyer. Which means you should change lawyer immediately.
And We all know you didn't talk to a lawyer who told you to call the police. Because I that case you would have called the police and obviously mentioned here that you are already in contact with the police.
So yeah, you didn't talk to a lawyer.

Also ,you got 0 money back from Globill, we got 80k back from espassporte and firstchoice . so your imaginary lawyer can suck my D

Right, the processor's acting unethically IF this is widespread.

And anyone can call the police if they want.

Peeps getting triggered and defensive over NOTHING is also a sign of the times.

Jeez.
