doorway pages - looking for info.
 

I haven't tangled with Search Engines much. Which was a mistake, but plan to change that. Can someone give me the quick explanation of doorway pages? How do they work exactly? How many do you build? Any examples of them? Are they just simple pages each with different keywords to pull traffic? How do they get listed? Do you submit each page, or submit one page linking to them all to be crawled?

Duplicate all of your warning pages x 100 and submit em to SEs from the same IP at least once a day every month. You will be fine with all of you domains!

Seriously, Doorwaypages are gone. They are history.

So the only thing that will be different is the .html name? Other then that, the whole page is exackly identical?

I used to run the doorway page game...man, building all those fucking things by hand was a bitch. But I made all mine a little different...

back when the aol search engine was king doorways were an easy as fuck way to get traffic, man i used to whore that search engine so much but alas with google, it doesn't work, at least not anymore, you'll get banned for hidden text, doorways and such.

Not to give away any secrets or anything, but what exactly is the best marketing technique with search engines now then?

I just made a script in pearl which makes doorway pages.

its all about being unique on EACH page

i mean everything for the keywords to the page layout

but since link popularity plays a large role in the rank google gives, doesn't that make doorways useless? i personally haven't tried doorways since back in the day.
