If you message too many followers in a row, even with unique personalized human-written messages, you get throttled.

Would you knock it off? I'm waiting for him to come tell us about his account being banned and then I can sell him a bunch of new accounts.

Start collecting their email addresses.

Once you have their email address you have their information until the end of time. This way if TikTok closes or Instagram removes your account... you still have a way to reach them.

Make a special video, put it on line someplace, have them give up their email address for access to the video and presto....
