I did some tests. Essentially two clone sites. Both with embedded videos. One I bought a link a week for and one I didnt change any of the titles. Gets about 300k organic a month

Other one I did everything these SEO sites say. Technical wise. Has a handful of links. Gets like 100 impressions a day

In my experience, anyone who's genuinely good at SEO in this industry is already working on their own projects; it’s not worth their time to take on clients. It's not like it used to be. You're better off using AI tools to teach yourself and putting in the long grind, which can take years. There are tons of scammers out there who will take your money and hide behind the fact that SEO takes months to show results, all while doing nothing useful, or worse, actually damaging your SEO.

Exactly. If you want SEO traffic, you need to cover the basics like your Meta Title, Meta Description, and properly formatted text.

Alot of people look at Google as some kind of enemy when they change their algorithm, but I disagree with that. I always tell people to think of it like this: Google is providing a service to THEIR customers. If Joe User searches for "Nude College Girls", Google can and will refer them to your IF Google has (1) crawled your site and knows you have the content Joe is looking for, and (2) if your website is engaging enough to keep Joe on your site for a long time. If Joe and the other users "bounce" off of your website, Google learns this, and then stops referring It's users to you. You fall off of page one, two, three of the SERP and end up on the last page.

Where do you find them? Is it just following links from one site to another?

Solid advice, Just 3-5 niche backlinks (forums, socials, guest posts) can jumpstart indexing.

Sorry to say, but SEO is on life support. We are in the transition era from SEO to AIO.

I get called and email daily about my business website have error and I dont show up on google lol. ( ya know those Indian email lol ) .

My local business is booked solid with only a google business profile and sponsor ads minimum budget.

I did some SEO buying link etc... get good local ranking but google business profile showing 4 to 8 sponsor ads before any regular listing.

So should I keep focusing on ranking and pay some SEO expert or keep paying google ads?

Getting ranking don't seems to be the solution to stay at top so this could be a waist of time and money hiring some SEO expert.

It’s always amusing when anonymous posters, especially those who won’t even seem to have a website or be a part of the adult industry, start questioning the credibility of others who’ve actually been part of this industry for decades.

Robert Warren doesn’t need a wall of Google reviews to validate his experience. This is the adult industry. Most clients don’t want their names, URLs, or associations public, let alone listed in Google reviews under their business accounts. I think if you were truly in the Adult industry, you would know that. That’s not “strange”, it’s called discretion and professionalism.

As for GFY many long-timers work behind the scenes and don’t post often. Getting “likes” or praise here doesn’t equate much to being effective in the real world. Those who’ve worked with Robert already know what he brings to the table.

Here's some news for you tough guy: Robert reached out to me and asked me if I thought it would be a good idea to help you out for free, like others here in this thread have. There are very few people here who would do that.

About SEO is on Life support I tend to agree with you, it feels that way.... Seriously I spoke with some fella asking me to pay EX: $2k / month to an SEO expert to barely being seeing because of Google sponsor ads, or me thinking Keep paying Google $1500/ month and have top position ALL THE TIME mostly 90% of time top search result.

Hey BrianMike, here's some advice for you.

If you are truly looking for someone to help you with SEO, and they will charge you $$$ for it, ask them for a free trial first. There are many,many SEO people out there, and it is a buyers market. This will seperate the scammers from the legitimate SEO people.

So here's my suggestion: Pick your SEO guru of choice, and ask them what they can do for you as a free trial, in exchange for a long-term commitment. Let them give you their pitch and if it sounds good to you, go for it.

But, don't you pussy-out after that, BrianMike: If they delivery the results you want for that free trial, honour your commitment, then pay them for the long-term job. SEO isn't really a "once-and-done" thing anymore - its a strategy, especially when you want to out manuver your competitors, or worse, when your own competitors use similar content to "steal" traffic from you, so the SEO Expert you choose will be your partner for a long time to come. Don't fuck-up your chances by stealing a free trial, and don't fuckup your chances by chosing someone just because they are the cheapest. Choose someone with experience in the adult industry. Lots of experience.

Since you are claiming that you aren't just trying to bait-and-switch & troll The Legacy, I have another idea for you: Ask him for his advice, right here in this thread. I guarantee you that despite you picking endless fights with him in the political section, he will gladly, instantly, help you out. He was an invited speaker at the SEO & Traffic converence at AVN/Internet last January, so his free advice to you is worth a few bucks...
