In 2014, Chris launched Choice Talent Management and quickly became a force behind some of the industry’s most exciting new male stars. Known for his hands-on approach, Chris is seen as more than a manager—he’s a mentor and a confidant to his talent.

In 2024, he expanded his vision by launching ChoiceFilmz, a content production company centered on collaboration. Through this new venture, he films original scenes with both his own models and global performers. Chris also organizes international collab houses—immersive, location-based experiences that open new creative and professional opportunities for his talent.

After nearly 20 years of leadership, Chris continues to shape the industry with his commitment to talent growth and innovation.
