Hi! :) I love this forum and I hope I can find the help I need. I'm very new. I'm very overwhelmed. I watch videos I read the more I learn the more freaked out I get. 😵*💫😵*💫 I'm going to break it down what I want and need ....

Goals: My vision is to have an adult toy home party/e-commerce business and camming agency. They will coincide with each other through wish list product reviews live events.
That's the first steps

Where Im At: I spent $5400 on a website and it doesn't have any working links, etc :( never use s3media.com horrible
I am having problems booking parties (used to be a pure romance consultant made 5digits in about 7 months and managed our local toy shop)
I think the struggle of booking parties is stemming from a lack of branding. Like they don't know who the fuck we are and I know that I'm not doing all that I should for branding. I really feel like the hamster on a wheel sometimes.

I just got an office/studio. I plan on marketing looking for local girls that will cam in studio. I have got a good coaching program lined out. I speak to girls well. I have a photographer I have some other small businesses that are going to partner up with me (makeup ,clubs)

Im confused (&I'm not even sure what I'm confused about) anyways ...I'm signed up as a white label for Chaturbate and was going to start them there and on Fansly for subscriptions......it's the Chaturbate affiliate program I don't get it.
I also want to include affiliate links...

I am looking for someone who will break things down for me and help me to come up with a structured business plan. I'm a quick learner I'm just overwhelmed.

Just some reality of 2025,

I don't think home parties for sex toys will do well as everyone just buys cheap toys online that are delivered in 1 days. There is no stigma any longer, people openly talk about all of it.

Girls also don't need much help getting into cams or OnlyFans. Many do need a manager that hustles for them because they are lazy or don't know much but you'd need to know how to generate sales yourself to offer that. I'm sure you can talk a few people into signing up personally but if you can't back that with sales you aren't going to get much traction.

As for paying for a website that doesn't work, that sucks. The good news is you can do a lot of this yourself now with AI or at least find someone that will give you a complete product. But Shopify allows sex toys and such so if that is what you are pushing 90% of the work is done.

As for cams, still tons of money if you are realistic and there are many ways you can take that. I have one idea for you that you'd probably enjoy that involves all of that. Affiliate programs are easy, you sign up and use your link. I would skip the white label though and host it yourself. They have API's so you can build something identical that you control fully and if the sponsor goes haywire you could swap it out far more easily.

Do you have Discord? I'm getting over a virus but on all the time normally and can point you in the right direction on the basic stuff.

Also your analysis is spot on. It's easy to get overwhelmed but the bottom line is: what will make you (the OP) the most money the fastest and is alsu sustainable?

Learning curves suck but are necassary evils. The only thing I can gauruntee is never stop. If you stop you definitely won't get anywhere. Best of luck!!
