Yes you can process using CCBill with a UK LTD company. No idea about Paxum.

we had a business bank account for adult with Natwest "GspotProductions" for years...

closed now, by our own doing, as we now work as sole traders...

however, as long as you get a bank account under film production, creators, tech, online business, usually most banks are actually alright with this & no questions asked.
