How Are You Getting On With Your Ozempic Type Drugs?..

I know a few of you have tried it or are still on it - How have you got on? - I have been on Trulicity for about 4/5 months and somehow managed to put on 7lbs. - How the fuck have I managed that?!.

:Oh crap

TheLegacy 10-20-2025 05:31 AM

I'd see your doctor as this isn't suppose to happen. I"ve never taken Ozempic but know some who have. There maybe other issues happening you don't know about

VikingMan 10-20-2025 06:07 AM

Cold pressed extra virgin organic olive oil, cayenne, lemon lime and sea salt

Cut out all non organic wheat. Sourdough is best. Maybe one or two slices a day.

Goat milk if you must drink milk

No more than 2 meals a day

Sleep 9 pm to 5 am

Absolutely nothing processed

Healthy, fat like avocados

Eggs from a local farmer

Fast at least 12 hrs a day but more is better.

Gets some sunlight on your testicles. Those old naked guys on beaches in France know a thing or two.

blackmonsters 10-20-2025 10:05 AM

I can't count the number of weight loss gimmicks I have heard of, and don't
know of any that worked enough to still be around.

:2 cents:

rhon23 10-20-2025 10:29 AM

I have been on wegovy about a year and a half. lost 85ish pounds. it not fun I live with constant nausea and food isnt fun. but my health has gotten much better.

So does the drug actually work, or just make you too sick to eat?

:1orglaugh

VikingMan 10-20-2025 10:58 AM

Also Yerba mate in the morning with your coffee or just have it by itself. I do half mate and half coffee. Also helps with insulin resistance, metabolism, and cravings. Cayenne is good for circulation and hunger suppression and you can have that a couple times a day with that drink I posted..

dyna mo 10-20-2025 11:26 AM

there's only one way to gain weight. you had to eat those calories. grab an app like myfitnesspal and log your meals. realistically calculate your BMR and compare.

VikingMan 10-20-2025 01:47 PM

Sorry forgot organs. Heart and liver. Have it shipped to you on ice if you can’t find it local but you should be able to. Game changer unless you want to end up dropping from heart disease.

You can also take natokynaise and vitamin k7 to clear your arteries. If you don’t feel like going to a health club or go outside to exercise, you can buy a little trampoline and just bounce for 20 minutes every day.

Beets are superfood. Peas are clean even non organic. Sour kraut.

Red onions, garlic, ginger, devour mass quantities.

Also for the Diabeetus! The yerbe mate helps, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, etc.

Thanks for the advice - I actually like liver - Most organ meats are easy to get at the local stores here...

Most the english population was raised on liver and onions if I'm not mistaken . . .

Rochard 10-20-2025 02:27 PM

I have been struggling with my weight since I quit smoking over a decade ago. At my high point I got up to 275 lbs.

I cut back on all of the bullshit. No fast food, no soda. I started going to the gym on a daily basis. I discovered I could watch Netflix while on the elliptical. I would go twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, for an hour and a half or two hours each. I also took up cycling.

I got down to 199 lbs. COVID hit and I shot up to 230, currently back down to 215.

If you want to lose weight you have to watch what you eat and exercise. Less calories in and more calories burned.

No pills for me.

so in your thread seeking advice on why you're not losing weight you're going with the "eat more liver" advice.

good luck.

yes it actually works. also it helps with heart and kidneys. so if my endo didnt. give it to me my cardilogist would have. its changed my life. I am not that hungry and when I do eat which is daily I eat less. The med also makes me make better food choices. cause fried food will make me barf. You eat good you feel good. you eat bad you feel like crap.

Major (Tom) 10-20-2025 04:25 PM

Can be done with research peptides

Not medical advice

We care!

Forgot this: throw your multivitamin in the garbage and buy a huge bag of Moringa power. Or just pick up some capsules. Take magnesium glycate daily or soak in Epson salt baths 3 times a week.

shimmy2 10-21-2025 05:44 PM

not for me, dont like needles sorry. how about just stop drinking soda and juice, chill on the bread, take vitamins and get more active. if you wanna fast forward maybe consider test. also consider stress makes you gain weight, so remove that is probably first step

Vitamins are mostly bullshit

Jacobson salt. A pinch on every meal. Stop buying powdered spices due to lead content from grinding or whatever contamination. I buy the Jacobson because I can get it in flakes so I know it’s pure.

Sea moss, Moringa, liver capsules

Those are your vitamins, minerals, and amino acids

Yesterday I took a nap in full sun with my balls exposed. You don’t have to be naked just wear light cotton clothing. Vitamin D is mostly bullshit as well. I never take it. Go to Spain or Greece if you have to. Sometimes I drive an hour or more just to get sun in the winter.

all the gibberish you're spewing is straight from the liver king. you know.

vitamins are worthless, sun your balls, jacobson salt, liver is the answer to all your problems, all liver king baloney.

worse, none of that has anything to do with the thread topic, why gaining weight on a glp-1

legacy had the best advice here, ask the fucking prescribing doctor

Publisher Bucks 10-22-2025 11:14 AM

Also, don’t forget to take a regular dose of lavender essential oil, apple cider vinegar and bloodroot, those three items alone cure all diseases known to man, including obesity :1orglaugh

You might also want to try urine or bee sting therapy!!

Well I don’t watch him. Lunacy is dropping dead in your 40s and 50s. There is a reason people who eat like me still wake up with erections, never go to a doctor and take zero pharmaceuticals. Doctors are psychopaths and I tell that to them every time I see one. My comment on doctors is exactly the same as Dana White. You go to the doctor if you get into an accident and you need trauma surgery. Go for blood test and go get an opinion of what they have to say but don’t take any of the pharmaceuticals. My kids pediatrician doesn’t vaccinate his own kids, but he tells everybody else to get vaccinated. Do the math on that one.

it sounds like you're living your best life, i can appreciate that. it's an ancestral approach and it works for you. taking vitamins, seeing the doctor, counting calories, lifting weights works for me. i do like tanning my balls but never lost any weight doing so.

keep in mind the op is on a glp-1, supposedly prescribed by a medical doctor, lifestyle change to an ancestral type of healthy living isn't really an option for him it seems.

what's your thoughts on why a person taking a glp-1 is gaining weight? those glucagon like peptide simulators are highly effective of eating you from the inside. i happen to think it's calories in.

ftr, it's not ancestral living i posted that's fraudulent, it's liver king himself, dude takes $10K + a month in steroids.

I’m sure I’m diabetic as well. I just never got diagnosed.. I went back to eating properly again several months ago because I started having numbness in my feet and hands. Yes I know he has diabetes, which is why I took an interest in him. Ceylon’s cinnamon, yerbe mate, and so many other things I listed help with “the diabeetus”. I also slather castor oil all over my body to help with detox. Most people slather cancer causing garbage on their bodies to block the sun and deprive themselves of vitamin D (doctor recommended, of course) I am pretty sure I’m on the opposite side of side of clown world.

Back in college I rubbed shoulders with all the social climbers with high aptitude who were determined to become medical doctors. I didn’t get a sense of intellect from most of them. Medical doctors are NPC just like the rest of society just because they can perform well on the MCAT doesn’t mean they have a soul and it doesn’t mean they have any thoughts of their own. Same with attorneys.

i didn't get the impression the op is on the glp-1 for diabetes. i've been a type 1 diabetic for 40+ years and tried the cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, et al. none of that worked.

Actually it is for my diabetes - I just thought the weight loss would be a useful side effect - I have been doing some research and have increased my dose - We will see how that goes...

VikingMan 10-22-2025 04:00 PM

Sorry for the sun on the balls comment. It’s just my personality to say things that way. It’s my way of saying that you should sun areas that normally don’t get sun. When I get full body sun, I tend to cover up my face and arms and hands because they get sun all the rest of the time. It’s funny as I’m typing this. I’m actually in the full sun right now yes and my balls are getting direct sunlight. Feels good.

It’s true, according to eye surgeons who have studied the effect of sunlight on parts of the body. You don’t have to get sun on that particular part of the body. Even in the eye which they have studied, they can tell that you are currently in the sun or you recently Had some sun. It’s a positive finding.

is that your blood glucose reading? a1c will be below 14, mine is 6.5 ish. did you ask your doc about going keto? now that i see you're on the ozempic for type 2, the 7 pound weight gain could be from a number of things.

We use a different scale here - I checked with ChatGPT and ---

Quote:

Short answer: 108 mmol/mol (NZ units) is roughly 12.0% HbA1c on the US (NGSP/DCCT) scale. That corresponds to an estimated average glucose ≈ 16.6 mmol/L (≈ 298 mg/dL).
So that's 12% on your scale with an average glucose of 16.6 - To use a technical term, fucking high!..

I never understood why people need drugs to influence their mind...for example eat less. If I want to lose weight, I simply eat less, I don't give a fuck if I am hungrier or not, its just basic control of your mind, nothing that hard really.

Addiction makes the world go' round . . . some are addicted to food, others to hunger, some others to health (whatever that may be).
