most likely they never posted here or their post count is less than 100.
they were busy running 200 people or more companies.
i feel for them but also they fucked billing as a whole.
hoping it is just a fine they can pay and not serve any time. maybe time to hang up the hat

Get real. Crimes were committed. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

:2 cents:

You don’t get picked up by Marshalls and extradited to Germany to pay a fine. They will do serious time. Germany doesn’t fuck around

Yes, they should just let them go and fly them back in first class when it’s all done. As we can tell, they learned their lesson in 2005. Maybe we should set up a GoFundMe page? Or I have a better idea: Deport their scamming asses back to Iran and Nigeria.

Here's a very detailed article, even in EN since it comes from an international edition of Spiegel:

https://www.spiegel.de/international...c-25ccb422efcf

Quote:

Dirty Dealings with the “Porn Baron”
Suspicions Swirl around a German Financial Service Provider
Millions of Germans make payments with PAYONE assistance without even knowing they are using the service. The company has been involved with dubious characters and ignored indications of money laundering. The trail leads to scammers and a horror film producer.
The story is quite bizzar indeed, some well known names in there
