How are people dealing with DMCA complaints?
Do you file an appeal or just remove the content?
Shouldn't it be okay to use since it's all provided by Chaturbate API?

Is the DMCA for an embed or an actual video from chaturbate?

I am using chaturbates embed from promo tools and users online API v2, this is what it says

You can claim if you use the image in a live feed mode. You cannot save pictures to re use them later.

I'd counter it with something along these lines.

Counter it then. Chaturbate's embed shows live models and they have to agree to such when they sign a contract.

and If I understand correctly, when google sends you the email that they've received a dmca takedown notice, they de-list it until you've countered, and the first party either responds or fails to respond for a set time.
