just make sure you don't ever host with them.. glad i switched a few weeks ago.. this is the emails i've gotten from them every week..

We have corrected the problem with Win4 that was causing the instability of the system, but there are still some lingering effects from the previous week's instability. As a result we will need to take Win4 down for an extended period of time starting around 1am on 5/16/03 and win4 will be offline for approximately 4 hours as we do this maintenance on the server. We apologize for this but after this win4 should not see any additional downtime in the future.

Last night we experienced a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on our network. About 50% of our network was affected throughout the night. The attack was on one of our bandwidth provider's router. We have since stopped this attack and everything is back to normal. Unfortunately DOS attacks are a part of the internet and something every hosting company has to combat. We are currently investigating the source of the attack. We apologize for any inconvenience this interuption in service may have caused you.

Win4 will be down for an extended period starting tonight at 1:45AM for disk maintenance. This outage should last from 5-9 hours.
