Hate to say it, but you may not have much luck. This guy has been stealing/publishing stolen content for years. As well as that his webcam archives have or have had some very young looking content in the past (does young face, NO HIPS, tiny breasts, no pubes seem a bit young to you?)

His site is still up. If he was in the USA he'd probably be gone by now.

He probably didn't get the message with the url, so he doesn't know WTF you're talking about. I'm assuming that conversation was in icq, which looses messages all the time, mainly ones with urls.

He says submitted content is not his responsbility >

Fill out a Cease and Desist from there.

Give him 72 hours, then file a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) form with his host, they have no choice but to take it down or be held legally responsible.
