merchants that act like resellers
 

I've seen a bunch of people who have merchant accts that seem to setup their merchant acct to look like they are resellers.

I'm not sure why they would do this other than to perhaps look for merchants to take money from maybe.

www.whitebill.com I found looks like something like this. No fees listed, little contact info, etc.
